Dr. Rubio is a political refugee from Cuba. She received her bachelor of science degree from Loyola Marymount University. She continued her post graduate studies to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a doctor. She graduated from Dartmouth medical school and completed her residency in pediatrics at UCI Medical Center. She had an active practice at Kaiser in General Pediatrics and Forensics until her medical retirement in 2006.

The search for alternative ways to heal herself spared her interest in regenerative medicine. Since 2008 her emphasis has been restorative medicine to improve her patients health, longevity and appearance.

Dr. Rubio is a teacher and speaks at National Medical Conferences. She is a passionate medical physician. Until recently, her patient base has been solely from referrals of satisfied patients. She is the doctor who first introduced Gainswave® to Southern California, and has remained committed to male and female sexual health.
